PT. Noventerta Music Group, an independent record label originally based in Aceh, Indonesia, was founded by producer and beatmaker Zaki Mulana in 2017. Formerly known as NOV Entertainment, the label went through several name changes before finally settling on Noventerta. Recently, the label entered a promising partnership with ACTS Music Group, a renowned independent record label, distributor, and artist management company based in Victoria, Melbourne, Australia.

The story began rather simply. Around the end of March, Zaki received an email from one of the A&R and distribution managers at ACTS Music Group. “They were interested in Noventerta’s musical potential and asked for some sample tracks we’d produced. Without expecting much, I sent them two songs — and the response was overwhelmingly positive,” Zaki shared.

“They liked what they heard and immediately agreed to a collaboration,” he continued. “For me personally, this isn’t just about a business partnership — it’s about recognition. It shows that our work can be appreciated, even if it's made in a small home studio.”

ACTS Music Group has built a solid reputation in the international music industry, representing talented artists like William Singe (who once collaborated with Jonas Blue), J.Tajor, and Keenan Te. With such experience and credibility, the partnership marks a significant step forward for Noventerta.

“I’m really excited to be connected with them,” Zaki added. “ACTS isn’t just any label — they’ve got credibility and have helped many artists grow. I hope this opens up major opportunities for all the musicians involved with Noventerta.”

Through this collaboration, Zaki hopes that Noventerta can become a bridge for local Indonesian artists to gain confidence and break into the international market. Most importantly, he aims to prove that high-quality, consistent, and passionate work from regional areas can indeed compete on the global stage.
